I expect when finished it will be just fine. The Casino in the Tower was under renovation and halfway closed during our stay. The small Flat screen TV is typical of most resorts, slow and annoying! The King bed could have been a little better and the big lounge chair needed to be cleaned but that aside, the accommodations were quite lovely.
I believe this was the former MGM hotel, and has been refurbished with very nice appointments. Simply breathtaking! Ours was a good size room, and an equally spacious bathroom with a large stall shower and heavy glass door. In the fall, the trees are ablaze with colors and contours. Check in was equally fast and the room was a King on the 15th floor overlooking the vast countryside.
The Valet is quick and efficient and as a guest, no additional cost. Driving into the complex is a little confusing as there are several resorts all connected together. The Tower at Foxwoods is where we stayed for 2 nights in late October 2015.
